EVENT SCHEDULE

Friday 13.9.2024
Meet up from 12:00 @MAGHANOY, Körösistrasse 1, 8010, Graz
(you can leave tents or bed rolls at the shop to be driven down anytime up till the event.. but its encouraged to cycle your gear down and be self sufficient 🙂
Chill and hang out have a coffee or cake, and look at bikes and gear while waiting for everyone to arrive...
14:00 we close up the shop and the riders head down south with a choice of different routes available.. organised and planned by @RADNEULAND
Riders will arrive @KLIENEFARM in the later afternoon.. you will be able to have a swim or shower and setup your tent or your bed roll inside in the Press house.. ( the press house will have limited space and will be an open co-ed sleeping arrangement.. ) You can participate in farming the vegetables used for the dinner meal or help out in the kitchen if you want. but primarily you are getting yourself washed up and your sleeping space setup before dinner..
DINNER @18:30 Mainly freshly cooked dishes with all veggies from the farm or surrounding area.. (Vegan, Vegetarian and some small meat options) in a family big table style setting...
After dinner you can chill around the fire as you like..

Saturday 14.9.2024
BREAKFAST & COFFEE
COFFEE available in the kitchen from 7:30.. if you want to help out and pick fresh apples from the tree for breakfast cakes than you can help out..
BREAKFAST served from 8:30 also in a big family style setting with multiple dishes and fresh eggs off the farm..
RIDES start from 10:00 with multiple routes a mixed terrain gravel bike would suit best as this gives you the ability to ride most anything..
WORKSHOPS for BIKE REPAIR will be starting from 16:00 stands will be setup with all tools available from Friday.. During the workshop we will go through the basics of fully servicing your bike and the pros and cons of different bike setups.. the workshop will finish up a little before dinner, but might continue after if people still have questions..
WORKSHOPS COOKING and FARMING.. help out on the meal prep and foraging for fresh ingredients for the meal we eat.. learn how to cook and prepare fresh ingredients..

hopefully we have some musicians join the ride with some jam sessions this evening..

Everyone needs to have there gear packed up by 12:00 the latest.. some groups will start riding back home from 10:00.. if you need something carried back to the shop by car let us know..

Kids are free.. if the kid is older and eats food like over 12 years old than probably 1/2 price ticket would be fare..
